4/24 Burglary in Progress interupted by police

Early  on April 24, a house at 4xx Brookside was broken into.  They tripped the alarm and police responded.  They ended out chasing the suspect, as he was exiting the residence upon arrival.  They brought in the helicopter unit and apprehended the suspect in the 500 block of Ashburton.  The residents on Ashburton were awakened by the transgression.

Friday, April 27th 10AM, Franklin County Enviromental Court, rm 15c

The closure of Motel One will become official at this hearing.  Most likely, neighborhood representatives will be called upon to testify.  Essentially, Motel One is in violation of an order by Judge Harland Hale issued back in 2005.  That order forced a one year closure of the Motel.  This year, undercover vice agents made several drug purchases on the property.

Saturday, April 8th Car chase ends in crash on South Kellner

An Airport police cruiser followed a subject who ended up flipping his car on the lawn of a home at 2xx S. Kellner.
